 1.About the artwork:

Q: what is print ready artwork?
A: The artwork supplied by you should be in high resolution that we can use to print, PDF, AI, JPG, PSD, TIFF etc. files are all accepted. When preparing artwork for double sided banner flags, ensure you perpare both sides as per the template guidline.

Q: Can artwork be prepared on my behalf by you?
A: Yes, for some simple design, we can design for you for free. But for some difficult and complicated design, we recommend you use our artwork service, charges depends on the artwork.

2.About production lead times and delivery:

Q: How long does it take from artwork approval to manufacture my banners or flags?
A: Approx 3-5 working days.

Q: How does my order arrive?
A. We use a courier network for the most efficient despatch and delivery of your items. For international shipping, we usually chose DHL as priority choice, but all ups to your choices. We also cooperated with FedEx, UPS, TNT and other famous shipping companies.

3.How to chose the mode of the transport for saving cost:

Q: How to chose the mode of the trasport for save cost?
A: This is based on the cargo weight:
     <100 kgs, we recommend chose the door to door shipping express delivery, time saving.And we also accept the freight collected, you should give us your express account firstly.
     ≥100 kgs, the sea transport and air transprot(airport to airport, need custom clearance by you) are recommend.
   

4.Payment terms & Payment method:

Q: Can I pay by PayPal?
A: Yes, we can accept Paypal, Bank transfer, West Union..

Q: Can I pay the payment after delivery?
A: Sorry, No. Samll amount of invoice, we recommend 100% down payment by PayPal.
Big amount of invoice, 70% down payment, if transport by sea, 30% balanced payment against BL copy. If transport by air way, 30% banlanced payment against delivery and finished products pictures.
